My name is Jason and I have an opinion. So I got a blog. Isn't that good news?!?!

This journal is for reviews on music, movies, books, comics (online or traditional), graphic novels, websites, video games, role-playing games, restaurants, concerts, events, and maybe some standard issue store bought products as well. Just anything that I have watched, listened to, read, seen, what have you, that I have an opinion about. Now, I am not going to claim that the reviews will be about things that are cutting edge and current. I am still behind on movies, books, bands, and everything else in the human race. I am just taking the opportunity to review things that I think people should know about.

Mind you, it is just an opinion and it is only my opinion. You might agree, you might disagree, and you might REALLY disagree. I am not looking to offend anyone with what things I like and dislike. Everyone has their own ideas of what is cool, what is genius, and what sucks the monster phallus. Your idea of cool is no better than mine, and vice versa.

That being said, I am a snooty bitch when it comes to my entertainment/media. You have been warned. I will verbally thrash things that I do not like. Was it something that you loved and held near and dear to your heart? Tough shit. Don't like my opinion? Don't read the review. On the other hand, I may bow down and worship at the feet of an artist, or author, that you despise...but that doesn't mean you should go punching me in the junk for it. You have your idea, and I have mine, and I have no intention of thinking any less of you if we happen to disagree.

I will not be friending anyone in the journal, and likewise I will not be posting any "Friends Only" posts. This is a public journal for anyone who is interested to read and reply to.

Now, in regards to replying. I would GREATLY appreciate it if you would please try and make replies somewhat civil. If you disagree with my opinion, or the opinion of someone who replied to the main post, then please reply a rebuttal! Go for it! Debate the ideas! And if you agree, then great! Have a few different things to say about it, go for it! Just don't sit like an immature bed wetter and start blasting the person and their views.

Unless they REALLY deserve it...and then leave that to me. :D
